At HallMark, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, sourcing veterinarians from the UK and abroad. You will harness social media, job boards, and career fairs to build a strong pipeline of candidates while fostering relationships with universities, veterinary associations, and colleges both locally and internationally.

As a key player in our recruitment efforts, you will lead targeted campaigns, attend recruitment events, and maintain a steady flow of talented professionals to meet workforce needs across the UK. Your role will also include sourcing candidates for other key positions within the company, including roles in our Meat & Livestock Classification (MLC) division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for UK and overseas recruitment.

• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline using a range of recruitment channels such as social media, job boards, and career fairs.

• Maintain relationships with veterinary institutions and professional associations globally.

• Plan and attend recruitment events in the UK and abroad to attract and engage top professionals.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, serving as a brand ambassador for HallMark.

Requirements

• Proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally in the veterinary or scientific sectors.

• Excellent relationship management, communication, and organisational skills.

• Familiarity with social media recruitment and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Experience in recruitment marketing and event planning is a plus.
