HallMark Celebrates Expansion of the Imports Team with a Gathering in Portsmouth

This September, our Imports team at HallMark Veterinary & Compliance Services convened for a social gathering in the seafront city of Portsmouth. This event was a celebration of our team's expansion and integration, particularly after the implementation of new Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) import checks in April 2024. The addition of new team members has strengthened our capacity, and we are immensely proud of the professionalism and capability of all of our vets.

Taking place in the vibrant surroundings of Portsmouth’s city centre, the team enjoyed a delightful evening filled with lively conversations and excellent food.

For many, it was the first opportunity to meet some of the newer members who joined following the recent increase in import activities. The event was an opportunity for HallMark import vets to share personal stories, professional experiences, and laughter, truly making the most of the excellent weather.

Although a few team members were unfortunately unable to attend, their presence was missed. The successful integration of new members and the strengthening of existing bonds were evident, as colleagues not only connected faces with names but also built lasting relationships that will extend beyond professional interactions.

The feedback from all attendees has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the importance of such gatherings in fostering a strong team ethos and maintaining high morale. Encouraged by the success of this meet-up, we are keen to organise more events in the future, ensuring that our team not only works well together but also grows together.

As HallMark continues to lead with expert Portal Official Veterinarian (Portal OV) Import Control Services, the strength of our team dynamics is more important than ever. We take pride in our team's synergy and the excellent feedback we continually receive from Border Control Posts (BCPs) regarding our team’s professionalism and efficiency.
