Managing Director Patrick Steel, Veterinary Head of Exports Luisma Diez, and Operations Director for MLC Steve Peaty explored emerging trends and shared insights driving the future of carcass classification and export health certification. We provided valuable insights into Export Health Certification (EHC), a crucial aspect for producers and exporters. This year’s fair was particularly dynamic with the introduction of the Innovation Theatre, adding to the already popular Pig and Poultry Technical Theatres.
